Need help with your account, subscription, data, or a feature in the app? Email jarryexon@gmail.com with the email used to sign in, your device model, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, or payment-card information.

Subscription help

Use Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices. To change or cancel an App Store subscription, open the app’s Manage subscriptions action or use Apple Account subscription settings.

Account deletion

To delete your account and stored profile, sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Active Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.
